From €0.18 per ticket.
No percentage of the price.
You pay per ticket, not per revenue. You set the booking fee yourself, and you keep it.

Ticket money goes straight to you.
Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.
Our fee is a fixed amount.
No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The more credits you buy, the cheaper they get.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.

How quickly can I get started?
Setup walks you through everything you need before your first sale. If you enter your website, we suggest your company details, legal notice, terms, logo, colors and venues, and you just confirm. Then you connect Stripe, Mollie or PayPal, or sell with prepayment by bank transfer. You can also do any step later.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You create your event in the dashboard, and the help center explains every step with screenshots.
When do I get my money?
Every payment goes straight to your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. It’s paid out on your account’s schedule, not only after the event.
How do I connect Stripe, Mollie or PayPal?
In the dashboard, go to Settings → Payments and click Connect Stripe or Connect Mollie. At the provider, sign in or create an account and enter your company and bank details. Then it brings you back. For PayPal, you create an app in your PayPal business account and enter its two keys with us. The help center shows every step with screenshots.
What happens if an event is canceled or postponed?
You reschedule or cancel dates in the dashboard. Buyers get an email automatically, and refunds run through your payment provider.
Do I get numbers for my accounting?
Yes. There are exports as CSV and Excel and a monthly report.
What does the ticketing software cost?
With pay as you go, €0.49 per ticket, no prepayment. With credits, €0.25 to €0.18 per ticket, depending on how many you buy. Or the flat rate for €790 a month. Net, plus VAT; your payment provider’s fees come on top.
What about data protection?
Your data and your buyers’ data are stored on servers in Germany, under the rules of the GDPR. Buyer data belongs to you: we only use it to sell and send your tickets. Tracking in the shop only runs if buyers agree.
