Entry keeps going, even without signal.
Your staff can scan tickets with a phone, tablet or handheld scanner. Green, yellow or red, each with its own sound. If the signal drops at the entrance, the app keeps checking on its own.
In the browser, nothing to install. Apps for iOS and Android are on the way.
Sign in with a QR code. Your team signs in with their own accounts: scan the QR code in the dashboard and get going. No shared password.
Offline with the same rules. The app loads the tickets onto the device beforehand and checks them on its own without signal. It spots fake codes even then.
Live in the dashboard. You see who’s inside, which devices are online and whether any scans still need to be uploaded.

Everyone on your team signs in their phone with their own account, with the QR code in the dashboard or a link. You decide in the team settings which events they can scan for.
The result fills the whole screen. On yellow, staff decide whether the guest can still come in. On red, the ticket isn’t valid here.
The app loads the tickets onto the device beforehand and checks them offline with the same rules. When the signal is back, it uploads the scans on its own.
Dead battery or cracked screen: staff search by name, order number or ticket code and admit the guest from there. Without signal, the app searches on the device.
Instead of the camera, use a device with a built-in scan button or a connected handheld scanner. It types in the code like a keyboard.
In the dashboard you see every device, whether it’s online and whether scans are still waiting to upload. You can rename and sign out devices there too.

04Pricing
Every feature is part of every plan, the scan app included. You set the booking fee yourself, and you keep it.
Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.
No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.
