02Incidents

What happened recently.

Every disruption of the last 90 days, newest first. Times are shown in your time zone.

No incidents in the last 90 days.

Every check of every service went through.

03How we check

Measured, not estimated.

This page isn’t written by hand. It shows exactly what our own monitoring measures.

Every five minutes

We call each service at the same address you use: the shop like a buyer, the dashboard like an organizer. Emails, PDFs and the database we check from the inside.

Three tries before it counts

If a service doesn’t answer, we try again after 15 and after 30 seconds. Only then does it count as down, so a quick restart while we roll out an update isn’t an outage.

90 days of history

Every check is kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. Times when our monitoring itself didn’t run show up in gray.

Also as an API

The same data as JSON, no API key needed, for example for your own monitoring.
