Ticket money goes straight to you.
Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.
Our fee is a fixed amount.
No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The more credits you buy, the cheaper they get.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.

Questions about pricing
Which tickets are charged a fee?
Every ticket, exactly once, including free tickets and guests on the guest list. Abandoned or failed purchases cost nothing, and neither do tickets that are resent or scanned. Vouchers and extras like drink tokens are free of charge.
Do I get credits back if I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel a date or an event and refund the tickets, the credits come back as soon as the buyer has their money, or the amount with pay as you go. The same goes for resold tickets. For individual cancellations, the credit stays used.
What is a credit?
One credit covers one ticket. Credits work for all events in your organization, and unused ones stay for the next.
Do I get credits to start with?
Yes. Every new workspace gets 50 free credits, enough for your first 50 tickets.
What determines the price of credits?
The size of a purchase: from 100 credits €0.25, from 2,000 credits €0.23, from 10,000 credits €0.20, and from 25,000 credits €0.18 per credit. Earlier purchases don’t get cheaper retroactively.
What happens when my credits run out?
We remind you at 20% and at 10% remaining. If you’ve turned on pay as you go, you keep selling and the tickets go on your monthly invoice. Otherwise sales pause until you buy new credits. No costs arise without your say-so.
How do I keep track of my credits?
The dashboard shows whether your credits cover the free seats of your upcoming events. If you like, we top up automatically with your saved payment method: you choose at what balance and how many.

What does the flat rate cost?
€790 a month, paid monthly in advance, with a 12-month term. Every ticket is then free of the TickySmart fee. Credits you already have are kept.

Your payment provider’s fees, so Stripe, Mollie or PayPal, and VAT. All prices here are net.
Where does the ticket money go?
Straight to your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. We bill our fee separately.
Does TickySmart work in other countries?
Yes. You sell in your currency, whether euros, Swiss francs, pounds, koruna or złoty, and our prices are available in 16 currencies. We suggest tax rates for your country, and you add your legal texts for each language. Shop and emails are available in German and English, with more languages to come.
