At checkout, buyers tick a box and enter company, address and VAT number. The invoice goes out with the tickets, without you lifting a finger.
A company books tickets for its team or a trade fair stand? You create the order, choose the payment terms and send the invoice with one click.
Public clients require the XRechnung as a pure XML file, usually with a Leitweg-ID. You enter it, TickySmart creates the rest.
The most practical format for companies: a perfectly normal PDF to look at, with the data for accounting already inside.

You see which invoices are still open and when they’re due. Once the money is in, you mark them as paid.

No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.

05FAQ
XRechnung is a pure XML file, mainly required by public authorities. ZUGFeRD, called Factur-X in France, is a PDF with embedded invoice data: people read the PDF, accounting software reads the data. Both follow the European standard EN 16931.
Since 2025, businesses in Germany must be able to receive e-invoices. The obligation to issue them is being phased in from 2027. With TickySmart you’re ready now. What exactly applies to you is best clarified with your tax advisor.
You decide per invoice. Either the tickets go out with the invoice straight away, or only once you’ve marked the invoice as paid.
If an order with an invoice is refunded, TickySmart creates a cancellation invoice that refers to the original one. That keeps your accounting clean.
You download all invoices for a period in one go, as PDF and as XML if you like. You’ll also find each invoice in its order.
