01Sound familiar?
On the ticket portal it sits next to other people’s events, and the shop doesn’t look like you.
Fans keep refreshing, and all you can do is watch.
Everyone is asking for tickets, and some turn up elsewhere at a higher price.

05Pricing
Every feature is included in every plan, the waiting room and waitlist too. You set the booking fee yourself, and you keep it.
Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.
No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.
TickySmart is built for the rush when sales open and runs on its own servers in German data centers, monitored around the clock. Developed in Germany.
06FAQ
You move the date, the tickets stay valid, and if you like, your buyers automatically get an email. Tickets in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet show the new date on their own.
Not through TickySmart. On resale, the ticket goes back on sale at your shop’s price. The original buyer gets their money minus your fee as soon as someone buys it. Names on tickets help too: at the entrance you see who a ticket belongs to.
