Whoever opens your link lands with you.
With your own domain, your ticket shop runs at an address like tickets.kulturhaus-am-fluss.de. You set your logo, color and font once. After that, the confirmation email, the ticket PDF and the wallet pass look like your venue too. And if you like, emails to your buyers come from your own address, such as tickets@kulturhaus-am-fluss.de.
Part of every plan. You book the domain itself with your provider.
Your address. Two records with your domain provider, and we get the certificate ourselves. Search engines are told your domain is the main address.
Your look. The color from your logo, a light or dark background and one of over 90 fonts for headings.
Right down to the ticket. Emails to buyers come from your own address if you like. Ticket PDFs, gift vouchers and wallet passes carry your logo and your color.

01Domain and look
You enter the address, say tickets.your-club.com, and add a CNAME and a TXT record with your domain provider. You copy both from the dashboard.
We check every minute, for up to 48 hours, and tell you what’s still missing. Once the domain is active, your team gets an email.
Use the color from your logo. To keep buttons and links readable on light and dark backgrounds, we adjust borders and text when needed. The hue stays yours.
For headings you choose from over 90 fonts, while prices and forms stay in the easy-to-read standard font. Your logo sits at the top of the shop, the favicon in the browser tab.
Confirmations and tickets come from your own address, such as tickets@your-club.com, and replies land in your mailbox. The ticket PDF, gift voucher and wallet pass carry your logo and color.
As soon as the domain is active, every link from the dashboard leads to it, your partner links too. The old address redirects to your domain, and search engines are told it’s the main address.

04Pricing
All features are included in every plan, the shop with your own domain too. You set the booking fee yourself, and you keep it.
Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.
No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.

05FAQ
A domain you own and access to its DNS settings with your provider. It’s best to use a subdomain like tickets.your-club.com, so your website stays at the main address as it is.
In your provider’s DNS settings, you add a record of type CNAME. As the name you use your subdomain, with many providers just the first part like “tickets”, and as the target domains.tickysmart.io. Then add a TXT record with the verification code from the dashboard.
Yes. The dashboard then shows you A records with our addresses instead of the CNAME. A subdomain is more reliable, because it keeps working even if our addresses change one day.
That depends on how quickly your provider publishes the records, sometimes a few hours. We check every minute, for up to 48 hours. Once everything is right, we get the certificate and your team gets an email.
Anyone opening the old address at shop.tickysmart.io lands on your domain automatically. Every link from the dashboard points there anyway, and search engines are told it’s the main address.
No, each workspace has one custom domain. But you can swap it for another one at any time.
Yes. In the dashboard you set up a sender address on your domain, such as tickets@your-club.com, and create two records for it at your domain provider (SPF and DKIM). Your mailbox and your other emails stay as they are. Until the address is confirmed, the emails come from TickySmart.
Almost. The address, logo, color, font and the sender of the emails, with your own address if you like, are yours. At the bottom of the shop and on the tickets, a small note says the ticketing runs on TickySmart.
No, your own domain and look are part of every plan. You book and pay for the domain itself with your provider.
No. For headings you choose from over 90 fonts. Body text, forms and prices stay in the standard font, so they’re easy to read everywhere.
