Every order in your system, instantly.
With the ticketing API, your software works directly with events, orders and customers. Webhooks report in on their own as soon as something happens, signed and with all the data.
Included in every plan. No extra charge for the API and webhooks.
One API for everything. The same API the dashboard runs on: events, orders, customers, discounts, gift vouchers and statistics.
Webhooks instead of polling. When an order is paid or a ticket is accepted at the entrance, we send the whole object to your URL.
Built to be secure. Keys with permissions per area, signed deliveries and retries for up to 24 hours.

01Everything for your integration
Give each key only what it needs: no access, read, or read and write for each area. Up to 20 keys per workspace.
16 webhook events covering orders, check-in, your events, vouchers, the waitlist, guests and invoices. Pick only what your system needs, or all of them, including future ones.
Every delivery carries a signature with a timestamp. When you change the secret, both stay valid for 24 hours.
Every delivery with payload and response, for 30 days. If one fails, we keep trying again for almost 24 hours.
With an idempotency key, you can repeat requests without risk. Every response shows how many requests you have left.
You don’t need an app of your own. Enter the trigger’s URL as the endpoint, and your tool reacts to every order.

Describe in one sentence which system should get what. The URL and events are ready right after, you just check them.

All features are included in every plan, the API and webhooks too. You set the booking fee yourself, and you keep it.
Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.
No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.
TickySmart is built for the rush when sales open and runs on its own servers in German data centers, monitored around the clock. Developed in Germany.
05FAQ
Not necessarily for webhooks with Zapier, Make or n8n, those tools walk you through the steps. For your own programs using the API, you need someone who works with APIs.
No. The key belongs on your server, otherwise anyone could read it. If you just want to show your shop on your website, you don’t need the API.
We try each delivery up to eight times, spread over almost 24 hours. The delivery log shows how often we tried and what came back last, and you can resend individual deliveries.
Owners and admins. Keys belong to the workspace, not to a person, and keep working when someone leaves the team.
You create a new one and choose how long the old one keeps working: not at all, one hour, one day or one week. That gives you time to switch over. Revoking a key takes effect immediately.
We don’t offer our own libraries. The API docs are available as an OpenAPI file. Use it to generate a client, or try everything out in tools like Postman.
