01Everything for your numbers
For each event, TickySmart estimates how many tickets will be sold by the last date and when it could sell out. It’s based on your past events or the pace of the last 14 days.
Partner link, campaign from the link, website, widget or direct: every paid order counts exactly once. So you see which promotion brought in tickets.
Four steps from the event page to payment, each with the share that moves on. The shop counts views without cookies and without personal data.
During entry you see how many guests are inside, how full each area is and every scan on every device. The numbers update by themselves.
The monthly report shows gross, tax, fees, refunds and net for each month. You download it and lists like orders, attendees or customers as Excel or CSV.
Give an agency, co-organizer or sponsor a link to an event’s numbers. You choose what it shows and how long it’s valid.

All features are included in every plan, statistics and exports too. You set the booking fee yourself, and you keep it.
Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.
No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.
TickySmart is built for the rush when sales open and runs on its own servers in German data centers, monitored around the clock. Developed in Germany.
05FAQ
Revenue shows what buyers paid, including the booking fee and minus refunds. The fees of your payment provider and of TickySmart are not deducted.
The guest list doesn’t, neither in tickets nor in revenue. Free tickets that someone orders in the shop count toward tickets sold.
As soon as an event has sold 10 tickets in total across at least three days. Season tickets, time slots and multi-entry passes without dates don’t get a forecast.
Excel is meant for further calculations: headings in your language, amounts as real numbers, timestamps as dates. CSV is for accounting software, with fixed column headers that never change.
Statistics are visible to owners, admins and the roles Editor, Accounting, Marketing and Read only. The monthly report and names in exports are only visible to owners, admins and Accounting.
Yes, by email: for every order if you like, when a date is almost or completely sold out, and each morning as a summary of the day before. You choose what you get and which addresses receive it.
