You pay per ticket, with no setup fee, and extras like audio guides or catalogs cost no fee. You set the booking fee yourself, and it’s yours to keep.

Ticket money goes straight to you.
Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.
Our fee is a fixed amount.
No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The more credits you buy, the cheaper they get.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.

Questions from museums
How many visitors fit into one time slot?
You decide. The number of people applies per slot, for all timed ticket types combined. Annual passes don’t take up a slot.
Can visitors come early or stay longer?
You choose whether the ticket is valid only in the booked slot, allows arriving 15 minutes early, or is valid all day from the start of the slot.
What happens to booked slots if I change the opening hours?
They stay, even if they no longer fit the new schedule. If you don’t need them anymore, you cancel them one by one.
Can I offer an evening tour alongside the time slots?
Yes. You add regular dates to the same event, and they appear below the time slots.
How do I sell an annual pass?
As a multi-entry pass set to “Unlimited” with a validity period, for example 365 days from purchase. It’s valid without a time slot, with a photo if you like.
Can visitors also buy online museum tickets on the spot?
Yes, on their own phone in the shop. TickySmart doesn’t have a box office for selling on site: Sales happen online, and at the entrance your team checks the tickets by scan.
