You pay per ticket, with no setup fee, and you set the booking fee yourself. Every feature is included in every plan.

Ticket money goes straight to you.
Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.
Our fee is a fixed amount.
No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The more credits you buy, the cheaper they get.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.

Questions from pools
How do I stop season passes from being passed on?
Require a photo on the pass. The buyer uploads it after purchase, and the scan app shows it at entry. A lockout time after each entry helps too.
Is a ticket with a time slot valid all day?
If you set it up that way. Then the slot only sets the arrival time, and after that the ticket is valid for the rest of the day.
Can I see how full the pool is right now?
Yes. If your team scans with “Out” at the exit, the live view shows how many people are inside right now. If you give the area a capacity, it shows “Almost full” from 90 percent.
What happens in a storm?
You cancel the affected time slots like any other date. If you like, buyers get an email and their money back.
Does it work with a handheld scanner?
Yes. The scan app works with scanner devices that have a scan button and with handheld scanners that type in the code like a keyboard.
Can guests also buy pool tickets on the spot at the entrance?
Yes, on their own phone in the shop. TickySmart doesn’t have a box office for selling on site: Sales happen online, and at the entrance your team scans the tickets.
