Finance, taxes and exports. Sees orders and customers.
Everyone has exactly one role per workspace. It decides what the person sees and can change, for selected events only if you like.
Permissions are tied to the role, area by area. What a role can do is shown right below the selection when you invite someone.
Enter an email address and choose the role. Anyone without an account creates one when accepting. You can change the role anytime, and it applies right away.
Marketing and Read only see names and addresses shortened. Only owners, admins and Accounting can export customer data.
Besides the password, TickySmart asks for a code from the authenticator app. The team list shows who protects their account this way.
With one account you work for several organizers, with a separate role in each. Each has its own shop, its own team and its own billing.

All features are included in every plan, team and roles too. You set the booking fee yourself, and you keep it.
Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.
No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.
TickySmart is built for the rush when sales open and runs on its own servers in German data centers, monitored around the clock. Developed in Germany.
05FAQ
Ticket checker. The person scans tickets with their own account and sees nothing else. They create the account when they accept your invitation.
No, permissions are tied to the role. Choose the role that fits best, and when in doubt, give fewer permissions.
Yes. When you invite them, or later in the team list, you choose whether the person works on all events or only on the ones you tick. They then only see those events’ orders, customers and figures, and events they create themselves are added. Owners, admins, accounting and marketing always cover all events.
When you remove the person, they lose access right away. Orders and entries in the audit log are kept.
Not at the moment. The team list shows who has turned it on, so you can remind the others.
Yes, with the same account and with a separate role in each workspace. Each workspace is billed separately.
