Areas and re-entry. Decide which ticket type gets into the VIP lounge and who can come back in on the same day.
Your guests pay with, depending on your payment account
01Everything for your entry
Add guests, artists, crew and press with plus-ones. Anyone with an email address gets real tickets as a PDF, everyone else is just on the list.
Set a limit for the whole event or a different one per ticket type. Which one applies is up to you, depending on the country and the event.
On the first scan, the scan app asks for an ID check and shows the date of birth for today at the event’s location. Entry only counts once it’s confirmed.
Open areas only to certain ticket types and give them a capacity. With the wrong ticket, the scan app names the right entrance.
Per ticket type: back in after a scan at the exit, any time, or not at all. The rule applies per day, and for passes it starts fresh on every date.
Your team signs in with their own accounts via QR code and starts scanning. You decide in the team settings which events each person can scan for.

Guests, age limits and areas in your own words. Tickets and rules are ready afterwards, you just check them.

04Pricing
Every feature is part of every plan, guest list and age checks included. You set the booking fee yourself, and you keep it.
Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.
No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.
TickySmart is built for the rush when sales open and runs on its own servers in German data centers, monitored around the clock. Developed in Germany.
05FAQ
Add them without one. They’re then just on the list, and your staff find them by name in the scan app. You can add an address later.
Yes. Date, re-entry, areas and age limit come from the ticket type you choose under “Counts as” when adding them.
That depends on the country and the type of event, for example youth protection rules and whether alcohol is served. We don’t give legal advice on this. If in doubt, ask your local authority or an expert.
No, only on first entry. After that, the ID counts as checked for this ticket, including re-entry and further dates of a pass.
No. The app says that an ID check is needed and for which age, and shows the matching date of birth. Your staff look at the ID.
Your guests pay nothing. For you, each guest counts like a ticket, so one credit, or nothing on the flat rate. If you remove someone, you get the credit back.
