You pay per ticket, and the seating plan costs nothing extra. You set the booking fee yourself, and you keep it.

Ticket money goes straight to you.
Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.
Our fee is a fixed amount.
No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The more credits you buy, the cheaper they get.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.

Questions about theater ticketing
Can I draw my own auditorium?
Yes, in the seating plan editor for your venue, with blocks, rows, tables, standing areas and categories. A plan holds up to 25,000 seats, and a venue can have several plans.
Does changing the plan move seats that are already sold?
No. Each event works with its own copy of the plan. Sold seats stay where they are.
Does a theater subscription get the same seat at every date?
Yes. You set up the subscription as a season ticket. If the season ticket and all its performances use the same seating plan, the buyer picks their seat once for all dates.
Does the scan app check concessions?
It reminds your staff to check the proof while scanning. Whether it’s valid is up to your staff.
Do I get the TickySmart fee back if a performance is canceled?
Yes, if you cancel the performance and refund the tickets. The credits come back as soon as the buyer has their money. If buyers keep their tickets for a replacement date, the fee stays.
