  • Ticket money goes straight to you.

    Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.

  • Our fee is a fixed amount.

    No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.

  • The more credits you buy, the cheaper they get.

    The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.

Questions about time slots

Can an event have time slots and regular dates?

Yes. You add regular dates, like an evening tour, as usual. They then appear under “More dates”.

What happens to booked slots if I change the opening hours?

They stay, even if they no longer fit the new schedule. If you don’t need them anymore, you cancel them one by one.

How many slots are possible?

Up to 200 slots per day, with up to 3,000 bookable at once. If you need more, make the slots longer or shorten how far ahead people can book.

Is there an annual pass without a set time?

Yes, as a multi-entry pass with a validity period. It then applies without a time slot.

Can timed tickets be part of a season ticket?

No. A season ticket only includes regular dates.
