    Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.

  • Our fee is a fixed amount.

    No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.

  • The more credits you buy, the cheaper they get.

    The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.

Questions about gift vouchers

What happens to the voucher if I refund an order?

The money first goes back to the payment method used for the rest. Anything beyond that goes back onto the voucher.

Can I bring over vouchers from my current voucher system?

Yes. You upload a CSV file with the code, remaining balance and optionally the expiry date, up to 5,000 vouchers per file. Beforehand, you see which rows don’t fit.

Can I cancel a voucher purchase?

Yes, as long as none of the vouchers from the order has been redeemed. After that, you reduce the balance of the others instead.

Does a voucher work in any currency?

No. A voucher has one currency and can only be redeemed for orders in that currency.

Can you pay for vouchers with vouchers?

No. Buyers redeem vouchers for tickets, not for more vouchers.
