01Everything for cancellations and refunds
Move a date to another day. Shop, tickets and wallet passes show the new time, and buyers get an email with their tickets attached.
Refund all tickets for the date at once, or keep them and move them to a new date. Passes stay valid for the other dates.
Tickets for all dates are canceled and refunded. Anyone who still has the link sees in the shop that the event is canceled.
Cancel single tickets or the whole order. Refund the ticket price, the amount under your cancellation policy or a custom amount.
Set until when buyers can cancel on their own and what it costs, as a percentage or a fixed amount. After that, you can allow resale if you like.
On their order page, buyers see how much they’ll get back and until when. Via Stripe, Mollie or PayPal the money goes back automatically, and the spot goes to the waitlist first.

04Pricing
All features are included in every plan, cancellations and refunds too. You set the booking fee yourself, and you keep it.
Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.
No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.
The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.

05FAQ
Yes, if you cancel a date or an event and refund the tickets. The credits come back as soon as the buyer has their money, or the amount with pay as you go. If buyers keep their tickets, or for individual cancellations, the fee stays.
Yes. Before you cancel, TickySmart shows how many orders and tickets are affected and how much would be refunded. Then you decide whether to refund or keep the tickets valid.
Orders still waiting for a bank transfer are canceled with every cancellation. If someone already paid by bank transfer, you send the money back yourself and check off the refund in the order.
Every order remembers the policy from the time of purchase. When canceling, the buyer gets whichever is better for them: if you make the policy stricter, the old one applies to them. If you make it more generous, that applies to them too.
No. A canceled date can’t be changed anymore. Instead, create a new date and move the kept tickets to it.
Owners, admins and editors can cancel and postpone. Canceling with refunds also requires the permission to refund, which owners and admins have.
