  • Ticket money goes straight to you.

    Buyers pay through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account. If a ticket costs €20 plus a €1 booking fee, €21 lands with you, minus your payment provider’s fee.

  • Our fee is a fixed amount.

    No share of the price: a ticket for €8 costs you exactly as much with us as one for €80. We bill separately from your ticket money.

  • The more credits you buy, the cheaper they get.

    The price depends on how many you buy at once, from €0.25 for 100 credits down to €0.18 from 25,000. Unused credits stay for your next event.

Questions from clubs

Do our volunteers need their own account?

Yes, but it’s quick and free. You invite them by email as ticket checkers, they accept and scan with their phone in the browser. They don’t see revenue or customer data, and you decide which games they can scan for.

Can we sell club tickets without Stripe, Mollie or PayPal?

Yes, with prepayment by bank transfer to the club account. The tickets go out as soon as you’ve confirmed the payment.

Our club doesn’t charge VAT. Is that possible?

Yes. Turn on “Sell without VAT” in the settings. Tickets and extras then have 0%, and the shop shows no tax.

Can I sell season tickets before the schedule is set?

Yes. You start selling the season ticket now and add the games later. Season tickets already sold then apply to them right away.

Who on the board can do what?

Each person has one role per workspace, for example Editor, Accounting or Ticket checker. Anyone who only scans doesn’t see any revenue.

Does the treasurer get numbers for the books?

Yes. The monthly report shows tickets, revenue and fees per month and can be downloaded as Excel or CSV.
