01What the app does
Today
Revenue, tickets and orders since midnight, your next event with how full it is, and the latest orders. If the event is today, you also see how many guests are already inside.
Events
Raise the capacity, move a date, add a ticket type or publish: you edit events, dates and ticket types in the app just like in the dashboard. Only seating plans are drawn on a bigger screen.
Scan
Green, yellow or red fills the whole screen, with sound and vibration. The app loads the tickets onto the phone ahead of time and checks them even offline. At the bar it redeems drink tokens and merch.
Orders
Search by name, email or order number. Resend the tickets, change the buyer, rebook or cancel with a refund. Share tickets as a PDF right from the app.

Yes. Everyone signs in with their own TickySmart account and belongs to a workspace. People you invite create their account right in the app. A new workspace is created in the browser.
Settings, payment accounts, billing, discount codes, gift vouchers, partners and marketing, plus drawing seating plans. You edit events, ticket types and orders in the app just like in the dashboard.
Yes. The scan app also runs in the browser, nothing to install. The TickySmart app adds everything around events, orders and your team.
Mostly not. The app downloads small updates in the background, and you restart it with one tap when it suits you. Bigger ones come through the store as usual.
